Join Laura Hernandez, Executive Director of Multicultural Marketing at AT&T, as she discusses the design, implementation, and measurement of Hispanic marketing programs for America’s leading telecom company. She will share how AT&T builds the business case for Hispanic marketing investments, designs and implements national and regional marketing, PR and advertising programs, and then measures the return on investment. Laura will be supported by representatives of Dieste Harmel, AT&T’s Hispanic agency, and their PR firm Fleishman Hillard. This is a unique opportunity to gain a birds-eye view of how Hispanic marketing is conducted by a sophisticated team of experienced professionals, and learn about current initiatives being undertaken by AT&T. You will learn how to adapt or implement many of these business precepts within your firm, large or small.
